The lens is in very good cosmetic condition, complete with a matching grey-painted front cap.Similar examples are referenced in James Lager, Vol. II, p. 102 and Vol. I, pp. 90%u201391. It is estimated that only about 90 of these special lenses were produced, including examples not specified in Leica%u2019sdelivery records.
