132 Leica M3 chrome ELC %u20ac1.000no. 951909, 1959, condition B/A %u20ac 2.000 %u2013 2.400Rare single stroke body assembled by ELCAN in Canada with Ernst Leitz Wetzlar engravings, in very good condition, from a batch of 100 cameras (nos. 951901-952000) assembled in Midland in 1959, note the peculiar, bigger %u2018M3%u2019 engraving, transitional model with some early features such as long strap lugs, longer rewind lock lever and with more modern frame selector and 1/4 sec shutter speed, with bodycap and 14260 quick film loading set.133 Leica M3 chrome no.1007 %u20ac1.500no.1007, c.1966, condition A%u2013 %u20ac 3.000 %u2013 3.400Very interesting chrome M3 with unusual short serial number %u2018M3 %u2014 1007%u2019 engraved on the top plate, most probably a model for intern use, like the early %u2018Betriebskamera%u2019 type but here without the usual %u2018Betriebsk.%u2019 engraving, in mint condition, the shutter curtains need attention, note the latefeatures such as 1/4 sec speed, film index to 1300 ISO, lateflash logos and extremely late lens release button withoutprotection crown, with body cap.
