The camera is in excellent condition, showing only slight patina of use around the edges. The original vulcanite has been replaced with leather, and the camera is in good working order. It comes with original English instructions. According to the delivery records, both the camera and the lens were supplied to Bob Schwalberg, an American photojournalist and Leica employee %u2014 the camera on July 14, 1963, and the lens on November 26, 1963. Notably, the famous blackpaint Leica MP no. 2 sold in our 35th auction was also delivered to Mr. Schwalberg.
