Lager %u2018Leica an Illustrated History vol. II%u2019 on page 72, according to some sources, these first examples of Summicron 9 cm were made in 1953 but%u00a0were officially announced in 1957, Leica record show that this lens was late deliveredto official Leica dealer Bauer, Germany, on 29.03.1967, this lens is a part of the Leica History!67 Summicron 2/90mm %u20ac500SOOZI/SEOOFno. 1740874, 1960, condition A/B %u20ac 1.000 %u2013 1.200Second type screw-mount Summicron made in Canada, in almostmint%u00a0condition, clean and clear optics only showing a light haze, with%u00a0both caps and original maker%u2019s box.68 Elmar 6.3/10.5cm black/nickel %u20ac600*no. 107945, 1932, condition A/B %u20ac 1.200 %u2013 1.400Rare and early, one of the first %u2018Mountain Elmar%u2019 ELZEN in black/nickel finish ever made%u00a0(production starts with 107891), with meter scale, in almost mint condition, clean and clear optics, delivered to Paris on 23.06.1932, together with original FIZEN hood, both caps and maker%u2019s box.69 Elmar 6.3/10.5cm black/nickel %u20ac600no. 128258, 1932, condition A%u2013 %u20ac 1.200 %u2013 1.400Rare early beautiful%u00a0%u2018Mountain Elmar%u2019 ELZEN in black/nickel finish meter scale in absolutely%u00a0mint condition, clean and clear optics,delivered to%u00a0Leica retailer Perabo,%u00a0Darmstadt (Germany) on 29.07.1932, together with original FIZEN hood, both caps andoriginal maker%u2019s box with matching retailer sticker.70 Leica IIIg chrome with %u20ac1.200Leicavit chromeno. 845509, 1957, condition A/B %u20ac 2.400 %u2013 2.800Beautiful Leica IIIg%u00a0in mint condition and working order, only showing some light repair in the vulcanite, delivered to Manca, New York, on 02.04.1957, together with an early Summaron 2.8/35 mm no. 166505, clean and clear optics%u00a0(front lens cap), with Leicavit chrome.71 Elmar 3.5/3.5cm chrome %u20ac400no. 438754, 1938, condition A%u2013 %u20ac 800 %u2013 900Beautiful chrome Elmar with feet scale, in mint condition, clean and clear optics,%u00a0delivered on 30.06.1938 to London, with both caps.72 Elmar 3.5/3.5cm post-war %u20ac500no. 65346, 1948, condition A/B %u20ac 1.000 %u2013 1.200Rare-post war A36 Elmar 3.5 cm in beautiful, near-mint condition, very good coated optics, with both caps and rare brown bakelite keeper.73 Compur-Summicron 2/5cm %u20ac3.000no. 1168619, 1954, condition A/B %u20ac 6.000 %u2013 7.000Very rare Summicron with built-in Compur shutter, flash-synchronisation for 1/100+1/200 sec., meter scale, engraved %u2018Germany%u2019, in near-mint condition, optics with light cleaning marks on the front element, with both caps, only around 150 of these lenses have been made, hard to find in this good condition!74 Elmar 3.5/5cm chrome %u20ac2.000no.905000no. 905000, 1951, condition A%u2013 %u20ac 4.000 %u2013 5.000Very interesting Elmar, some famous Leica specialists have cited this exact lens as having a new optical design typical of later %u2018red scale%u2019 lenses, P. H. van Hasbroeck %u2018The Leica: A History Illustrating Every Model And Accessory%u2019 p.194, D. Laney %u2018Leica: Collector%u00a0Guide%u2019 p.226, in absolutely mint condition, optics only showing discrete cleaning marks, with both caps.75 Summicron 2/35mm M39 %u20ac15.000SAWOO blackno. 2099522, 1967, condition A/B %u20ac 30.000 %u2013 34.000An extremely rare screw-mount 8-element Summicron in black finish (black/chrome with black paint infinity lock). The lens, delivered on 01.09.1967 to Brandt, Sweden was most probably made by Leitz to a special order. It is in beautiful, near-mint condition, with good optics, comes with a hood and plastic keeper. A similar lens can be seen in Lager II %u2018Lenses%u2019 on page 26.
