A Elmar %u2018Calfskin%u2019 %u20ac6.000no. 47633, 1930, condition B/A %u20ac 12.000 %u2013 14.000Very rare and original Leica Model A, with calfskin leather covering (LEANEKALB). According to Hahne, only 180 examples of the calfskin Leicas were produced in 1930. Many of these were later replaced during restoration by Leitz with regular vulcanite when the genuine leather wore off. So, the number of original calfskin Leicasstill in existence today is very low. The offered example is inexcellent, original condition; it comes with an ETRIN case, an angle finder and two film spools. It was delivered to Tiranty, Paris on12.09.1930. The delivery records show the correct note %u2018Leanekalb%u2019 near the serial number.17 Leica I Mod. B Ring Compur %u20ac2.400no. 34571, 1930, condition B/A %u20ac 5.000 %u2013 6.000Second%u00a0version Compur-Leica, in very good, original condition andworking order, with clean and clear Elmar 3.5/5 cm, with yellow filter and early angle finder WINTU (red maker%u2019s box), delivered toTiranty, Paris, on 09.05.1930.19 Leica I Mod. C Non-Standard %u20ac600*%u2018Optiker Koch, Z%u00fcrich%u2019no. 39698, 1930, condition B/A %u20ac 1.200 %u2013 1.400Very interesting early Leica, originally a Mod. A Elmar, Leica records show it was delivered to famous Leica dealer Koch in Zurich on 11.06.1930 as a %u2018Schnittmodell%u2019 (cut-away version), it has beenthen serviced in 1963, note %u2018Optiker Koch, Z%u00fcrich%u2019 engraving on the finder, the chrome bayonet without %u2018O%u2019 and the 2 screws where theinfinity lock was originally located, with body cap.18 Leica I Mod. C Non-Standard %u20ac800with Elmar 3.5/50 mmno. 37284, 1930, condition B+ %u20ac 1.600 %u2013 1.800Rare%u00a0first Leica model for interchangeable lenses, early originalnon-standardized mount, in good condition, with rare matching Elmar 3.5/50%u2009mm with meter%u00a0scale,%u00a0engraved with %u2018284%u2019, the 3 lastdigits of the body serial number, note the trace of removed swinging mask for 13.5%u2009cm on front of the finder, delivered on16.04.1930, with leather ever-ready case.
